Provision of Employee Support Services

uncertenity -webThe Government of Barbados through the Office of Public Sector Reform has made provision for displaced public officers to access counselling services

directly through the Network Services Centre Inc.

under the Employee Support Programme.

This programme is designed to assist former public sector employees with psychological counselling, money–management, CV preparation, interview techniques, and career re-assessment. Former employees will also have access to an on-line job search database. Sessions focusing on the psychological and emotional aspects of managing your own business will also be available.

These support counselling services will be available for the transition period of eight months to those persons affected free of cost.
